Why is my site free?
Back in 2001, I wrote a small program for myself to generate charts. I then showed it to some friends and they suggested that I should design a user interface and publish it on the web. So basically the chart maker program is purely a result of a hobby. Why should I charge money for something that I am interested in…Apart from that, I don’t think what I am doing amounts to a great service for which I should be charging money. The software just displayes the chart. I do not give any interpretation, nor do I give any online advice. Hence, the site is and will remain free… till the time someone buys it out 
That said, a lot of people do email me with their questions. I will try to answer some generic questions here on the blog, however, please do understand that I respect your privacy and under no circumstances will I ever give out any identifiable details on this blog.

Good work. How does your progam compute Lagna for those who are born outside India? Which of the following basis do you use?
1. Convert the birth time to IST and compute the Lagna and the planetary positions.
2. Compute Lagna based on birth time (local time and not IST) and compute planetary positions based on the converted time in IST.

The lagna is computed based on the local time in two steps:
1. First, time is converted to UTC based on the time and timezone.
2. Then time is converted to local time, based on the longitude of the place of birth.

I have used your program for match making and have found very very useful. I was thinking of a way to improve these reports. Can your program also generate lower and upper limits for birth time, longitude and latitude so that even if these values change between these limits there will be no change in the birthcharts and match charts? Generally there could be errors in noting the time. Also some of cities are very big to have good variations in longitude and latitude. You can contact me at agrawal.matrimony@gmail.com
Your site is excellant. But some uncomforts:
1. As you have not provided a registration system with you, it will be tough to remember you always.
2. If you provide newsletter for your fans like me, then often touch with you is possible.
