WordPress, Writer and a New Blog

By Kshitij Sharma, August 27, 2006

I have been having a blast with my new ISP since I moved here a month back. I have finally managed to move everything to one place. Images, applet code, servlet code all is in one location and I am sure regular visitors to this site are not complaining as well. Moving the blog completely to this site is just another step in this consolidation. My new tools of writing an article are:

  • WordPress, which is installed on the ISP and
  • Microsoft Writer that I have recently downloaded to try out.

Leave Astrology aside for a moment… 🙂 I would love to know about your views about the two tools mentioned above, or if you have another great idea for me to try out. Why or why not Writer is not that good a tool – is there anything else that I should try… let me know.

    Dear Sir,

I was using kundli matching program from your website. I found that there is no Mangalik dosha in a girl. However, when I asked another astrologer online, he told me that girl is a manglik due to ketu’s placement. I’m confused as to what should I belive. As per my little knowledge I probably know that if a mars is placed in lagna house then the manglik dosha is cancelled and it has good effects. Her DOB is 29 Oct 1983, place is Anand (Gujarat) and Birth time is 2:30 am. My Dob is 17 Mar 1981, Place is Rajpipla (Gujarat) and Time is 1:55 PM. I shall be really appreciatve to you if you can enlighten the facts. This is very crucial for me. Your urgent response to my email address shall be highly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Hemal

No need to put this on your website. You mention contacting you, but I could see no other way than this. I wanted to say, surely “rashi” should be defined in your glossary, since you have defined “lagna”? Cheers, Sanjay
