| Ketu | ॐ कें केतवे नमः || | om kem ketave naham |
Although Rahu, Ketu and Saturn are malefics, stones for them are prescribed if they are yogakaraka elements in a person’s horoscope. Astrologers do not prescribe stones for lords of 6th, 8th and 12th house lords, the planets which become functional malefics on account of ownership of these houses.

As far as I know, the lord of 1,5 and 9th houses are supposed to give benefic results and their respective colors will be your lucky colors, and their respective stones will be your lucky stones. But 1 exception!!!! Blue sapphire should be tested for some hours or days before worn.

for tula lagna, shani is yoga karaka and mars is also good since he is the lord of kendra. but if these two enmical planets are combined and located in the 12th house will they remain yogakaraka anymore! how will they affect the 12th house and how their dasa antardasas affect the native.Would like to have a detailed knowledje about it.

It is nice to note the contents of your site which enhances knowledge about astrology and gemstones.I was born in Salem,Tamilnadu on 13th Jan1978 @05:50hrs.Based on some recommendation,I wore a yellow sapphire(3.13carats) in a gold ring.The stone was flawless,untreated and certified by Srilankan gemmologist association.But the goldsmith made a slight chipping on the stone facet while placing it in the ring.After wearing that on my right index finger I had the feeling that it lead to some unwanted marital problems and also in career.I understand that Pukhraj will not cause any detrimental effect even if it not cause good effect.I humbly request you to clarify about this and is it advisable to again wear that damaged facet yellow sapphire ring elseif kindly recommend the appropriate gemstone based on my details provided.

I am already wearing blue sapphire on my middle finger of right hand in silver that i found out not good to wear a blue sapphire i plan to change it in some other metal.
