To quote Dr Raman from the preface to the first edition of the book, he was “impelled to make an exposition based on the Tajaka system, which would enable annual results to be predicted from using progressed horoscopes accurately”. In my own limited knowledge, I have not managed to follow this system, although I must change it in coming days.
